Day to day Process
Bookkeeping and accounts
• Records are scanned into your system and access is given to our staff in Tirana to work.
• Any queries will be discussed either with the client directly or yourself according to the initial instructions.
• Once the job is complete a full review with the partner is carried out and final accounts/VAT return and/or corporation tax return is produced for client’s approval.
Payroll
• Information received electronically either directly from client or yourself.
• Process the pay run accordingly and revert to yourself/Client .
• Any amendments are carried out in accordance with additional information provided
• Once Yourself/Client are satisfied with eh payroll and it has been approved, RTI/CIS return is submitted to HMRC also the pension reports will be uploaded into the pension provider portal.
• Payslips/P45/P60 are emailed to staff and payroll reports are emailed to client together with instructions to pay the PAYE
