I hold a Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree and for the last 4 years I have worked as a clients’ support manager, and previous to that have obtained 3 years’ experience as an online fraud analyst officer.

I have also obtained 9 years’ experience within the customer support field and projects operation area with Multinational companies, maintaining the work-flow standards and procedures by improving accuracy, quality assurance, efficiency and productivity.

I’m a sport cars lover, WTCC and BTCC races are my favourite shows. I also like fishing and sailing trips. However, my current basic hobby is collecting diecast cars models, besides enjoying time with my family as much as I can
